How to place an order on Venda24/7

Follow the following simple steps to successfully place your order

  1. Browse and Select Items

    Explore our online selection and add as many items as you wish to your basket. Minimum Basket Size is MWK20,000

  2. Open Your Cart

    Click the cart icon located at the top right corner of the window to view your selected items.

  3. Proceed to Checkout

    Provide your delivery pin or address details in as much detail as possible. Ensure that you correctly enter your area and postcode for accurate delivery.

  4. Choose a Payment Method

    Select one of the available payment methods: Bank Transfer, Airtel Money, or Cash on Delivery. Click to confirm your order.

  5. Make Your Payment

    Pay using your chosen method. Include your order number in the payment reference for faster processing.

  6. Order Confirmation and Tracking

    Our team will call you to confirm your payment and notify you that your basket is being prepared.

  7. Delivery

    Our delivery varies in Cities it can take within 24hrs or less depending on availability of certain goods. On some of the primary goods such as farm products, items of building i.e Sand, bricks, delivery shall vary depending on location of items, transportation and availability. The same shall apply to articles made by SMEs ordered in bulk may take longer than expected due to stock availability. Therefore some products shall take longer than expected.
